Ted Takahashi | Ted Takahashi directs business development and strategic partnerships for Moxzee. He is also the owner of T2 Consulting, a planning and design firm for dental practices. Ted has been a leader in the dental industry for over twenty years and has provided technology and marketing services to more than 750 dental clients in North America.
Ted was born and raised in California in the heart of Silicon Valley and began his career as an engineer in electronics working for Intel and other technology companies. He later became a Marketing Manager for Patterson Dental Supply and played a key role in the design and product-launch of the first intraoral camera by Fuji DentaCam.
Ted later launched his own consulting company that specializes in integrating technology solutions within dental practices. For years, Ted has partnered with Unthank Design Group, the leading dental architectural firm in the nation, to optimize the delivery of technology in hundreds of state-of-the-art dental facilities. He has established a national reputation in the dental industry as a writer and speaker on the topic of technology innovation. His vast experience in computer systems, dental-office operations and marketing strategy makes him an invaluable resource for any dental practice.

While working for semiconductor giant Intel, Ted worked as an electronics engineer designing and testing microprocessors for military applications. As a native of Palo Alto, Ted was exposed to the culture and vision of Northern California’s Silicon Valley where Intel and nearly every significant technology company was created and grown.
Ted was recruited to join the development team at Fuji where he became an early pioneer of using video cameras in medical procedures. Ted soon became focused on the dental applications of Fuji’s revolutionary video technology and was responsible for developing and introducing DentaCam, the first intraoral camera system used by dentists.
After pioneering the very first intraoral camera for dentists while at Fuji, Ted was recruited by Patterson Dental to lead their national sales and marketing efforts for intraoral camera technology. While at Patterson, Ted was responsible for huge gains in sales and brand awareness of the technology solutions provided by Patterson.
After helping Patterson Dental establish a successful technology division, Ted saw the need for a consulting company that could provide comprehensive technology planning and design services. Ted formed such a company and named it T2 Consulting. Since that early beginning his company has provided assistance to over 750 dental practices in North America.
